Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Personalized Products
All personalized products (i.e.: Name, Number, Position, etc…) are considered final sale. They may not be returned for size exchange or refund. If an error occurred during the order process or packaging, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-875-1883.
Sizing Return/Exchanges
Items without personalization may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original ship date. All returns need to be set up through the Boathouse Sports Customer Service department (1-800-875-1883) where you will be assigned a return authorization number. Size returns/remakes may take 4-6 weeks to produce. Item must be returned in original condition with Boathouse tags still attached. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling.
Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving and expecting your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
